We offer a variety of programs for children through teens here at the
Richmond Heights Memorial Library. The following are offered on a regular
basis. Please click on the monthly schedule below for possible special
events.
Baby & Toddler Stories
Every Monday morning at 9:15 and 10 am you will find children and their
caregivers gathered for stories, songs and playtime. This is a drop in
program, be sure to check the calendar for holiday closings.
Stories & Crafts
Story times for the preschool & early elementary crowd meet for 6
week sessions 5 times a year. Please register for this program so we are
prepared with a sufficient number of craft kits.
Stories in the Park
A joint program between the library and the Heights meets for 3 sessions
a year [September, April & July] at the Heights outdoor amphitheater.
This program is free of charge; please register at the Heights.
Early Elementary Book Club
On the 3rd Thursday of the month, September - May, we gather to discuss
our book selection of the month and do a related activity. Stop in to
register and pick up a free copy of the book.
Tweens & Teens Book Club
On the 3rd Tuesday of the month, September - May, we gather to discuss
our book selection of the month and have dinner. Stop in to register and
pick up a free copy of the book.
