Teen Book Club

6:30-7:30 p.m.

Magic or Madness by Justine Larbalestier

 

Book Club meets on the third Tuesday of the month. Participants recommend books to each other and vote on the book they will read next.

June's featured book is Magic or Madness by Justine Larbalesteir, as voted on by the participants. Teens also voted to no longer include food at book club meetings, unless brought by one of the participants.

Please speak to Betsy or Kim if you would like a copy of the book to read before the next meeting.

The Richmond Heights Memorial Library has been awarded a $2,000 federal grant to purchase nonfiction titles for children and teens in the categories of biography, computer technology, geography, health, history, and science AND a $8,369 federal grant to purchase books, audiobooks, and PlayAways in support of the Library's Summer Reading Clubs for children, teens, and adults..

Purchase of these titles is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by the Missouri State Library, a division of the Office of the Secretary of State.
